MENU_ITEM_HEIGHT raised to the density’s target_size (24 / 32 / 44 dp). The identity at Compact.

The same projection MenuItemRecipe::for_tokens applies to item_height, exposed on its own for the two menu-shaped surfaces that measure a row without going through the recipe: the ComboBox dropdown’s rows and the viewport that shows max_visible_items of them.
