Tooling: cargo teksilo

Four things Teksilo relies on do not travel with the crate: the guides under docs/, the 56 worked examples (every one is publish = false), the agent skill, and the harness for driving a running app. That leaves anyone building with Teksilo, and any AI assistant helping them, working from less than the framework actually documents.

One install fixes it, and everything it answers is matched to the Teksilo version your Cargo.lock resolved:

init installs the probe harness and instructions for detected agents. Use cargo teksilo init --agent codex --agent claude -y to select agents explicitly, even without existing configuration. cargo teksilo agent install cursor installs instructions only; agent list shows supported targets. User installation is cargo teksilo agent install claude --user (also supported for Vibe and opencode). Shared-file text outside the managed region is preserved; --force replaces conflicting generated files.

Search uses BM25 until you run cargo teksilo model fetch. No lookup command starts a model download. status --json and search --json provide structured output; --verbose adds diagnostics and --quiet suppresses informational text.

If ONNX Runtime will not build on your platform, cargo install cargo-teksilo --no-default-features gives the same tool with lexical search instead of hybrid; everything else is unchanged.
