#[non_exhaustive]pub enum TxnOutcome {
Committed,
Abandoned,
}Expand description
How a transaction finished.
#[non_exhaustive]: this crate has out-of-tree consumers.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Committed
The normal ending: the guard dropped, or the write scope closed.
Abandoned
SceneTransaction::abandon — a cancelled interaction.
The scene is not rolled back. The framework owns no
inverse-application routine and will not grow one, because applying an
inverse is the first 80 % of an undo stack. The record is delivered so
the consumer can revert from the old values it was handed, without
pushing anything a redo could replay.
